Provence Flea Market Adventure Tour October 2011 includes:
All admissions, tour costs and travel for the planned group activities outlined
for each day in the itinerary
Hotel for six nights
Round trip transfer service between the airport and the hotel (when arriving with group)
1 Lunch 2 Dinners
Flea Market Trips to Aix en Provence and L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue (weather permitting. If rain, other shopping destinations will be substituted)
Tours as indicated
Private French Speaking guide, including translation and negotiation services.
Service of tour coordinators throughout your tour.
Not Included in Package
Any activities, tours, rentals, concerts, admissions, or any other activity not planned for the group are personal expenses and will be paid by the tour participant to the appropriate vendor. Airfare, Taxes and Airport Fees are not included. Any charges incurred by the tour participant at the hotel for special individual services or internet use will be paid by the tour participant to the hotel upon demand. Only specified meals will be included.

A non-refundable deposit of $500 per person for double occupancy is required to confirm your space. Please complete and sign this contract. A contract is required for each person. Mail your personal check and contract to:

Cancellation Policy
· $500.00 non-refundable deposit (double occupancy) is required and will be applied to the tour price.
Deposit is refundable only if the group does not cover the 8 passenger minimum.
· All payments become non-refundable on due date. Cancellation insurance is mandatory to cover all non-refundable payments, and is approximately $138.00.
** All prices are based on the value of the euro at no higher than $1.50. If the exchange goes higher, the final payment will reflect an additional payment of $14.00 USD per point.
Airfare
Riverside Travel does not include airfare in the package price. If you are purchasing a non-refundable air ticket, please make sure that you understand the restrictions associated with non-refundable airfares. Riverside Travel Inc. cannot be held responsible for any change/cancellation penalties associated with these non-refundable airfares.
Refunds for Unused Services
No refunds will be made to tour participants for unused package services once travel has begun in Provence.
Passports and Visas
When traveling out of the country, it is the tour participant’s responsibility to obtain the required documents. U.S. citizens are required to have a valid passport for travel to France. No visa is required for U.S. citizens. The U.S. State Department requires that your passport be valid 6 months from the date of your return.
Health Requirements
Tour participants should check with local health authorities for the latest health requirements.
Disabled Participants
Any disability requiring special attention must be reported to Riverside Travel, Inc. at the time of booking. Riverside Travel, Inc. will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the special needs of disabled tour participants, but is not responsible for any denial of services by carriers, hotels, lodges, restaurants, or other independent suppliers in France. Motor coaches and mini-buses are not equipped with wheelchair ramps. We regret that we cannot provide individual assistance on any tour for walking, dining, getting on and off motorcoaches and other transportation vehicles, or other personal needs. Tour participants who need such assistance should be accompanied by a qualified companion.
Tour Prices
Prices are per person, based on two persons sharing a room unless a single supplement rate has been paid. Travel insurance is recommended.
Accommodations
Please note that it is standard policy that hotel rooms are not available for check-in before 3:00 p.m. If you would like to check into your hotel room early, the hotel may require additional payment. This is your responsibility and not included in the tour price.
If the number of individuals occupying a room decreases, the remaining traveler will be responsible for additional costs incurred as a result of a change in the per person occupancy rate.
Baggage
Tour participants are urged to travel with one carry on piece of luggage and one checked bag. Riverside Travel does not accept responsibility for loss of or damage to baggage or any of the passenger’s belongings.
Transportation
The tour price includes transportation for planned activities. Shuttle service for the airport to and from the hotel is included. The tour price does not include any form of transportation for activities that the client might choose during leisure time and not specifically included in the tour package.
Safety
Please be aware that during your participation in tours operated by Riverside Travel, Inc. certain risks and dangers may arise beyond our control including, travel by boat, train, automobile, aircraft, or other means of transportation; the forces of nature; political unrest; and accident or illness in remote areas without means of rapid evacuation or medical facilities. Riverside Travel, Inc. will not be liable regarding provision of medical care or the adequacy of any care that may be rendered. It is understood that Riverside Travel, Inc. will use its best efforts to ensure that adequate measures are taken.
Important - Responsibility
Riverside Travel, Inc. is responsible to you in making arrangements for the services offered in the package itinerary, including transportation for those specified activities, hotel accommodations, and included admissions and specified meals. The carriers, hotels and other suppliers providing package services are independent contractors and are not principals, agents, employees, partners or joint ventures of Riverside Travel, Inc. The package participant agrees that Riverside Travel, Inc. shall not be liable for any damage, loss (including personal injury, death, and property loss) or expense occasioned by any act or omission of any supplier providing package services, or any insurer or insurance administrator or any other person.
If the services included in the tour cannot be supplied or there are changes in an itinerary for reasons beyond the control of Riverside Travel, Inc. Riverside Travel will arrange for the provisions of comparable services, when possible. Any resulting additional expense will be payable by the the tour participants, and any resulting saving will be refunded by Riverside Travel, Inc. to the tour participant.
The statements herein and the contract between tour participants and Riverside Travel, Inc, are made and entered into in Tarrant Count, Texas. Any controversy or claim between a tour participant and Riverside Travel, inc which cannot be settled amicably, must be litigated in a state court in and for Tarrant County, Texas and shall be governed by the laws of Texas to the exclusion of the courts of any other state or county. Riverside Travel, Inc. and each tour participant expressly waives the right to a jury trial and agrees that legal proceedings, if any, must be filed within one year following the date of tour completion. Each tour participant understands the Riverside Travel, Inc. will be accepting that participant’s bodding in reliance upon such participant’s acceptance of these terms and conditions.
No person, other than Valarie Jolly, Vice President of Riverside Travel, Inc. by a document in writing executed by both participant and Valarie Jolly, is authorized to vary, add or waive any term or condition in the planned itinerary, including any term or condition set forth in the proceding provisions.
